Compliments & Complaints

We encourage clients to provide feedback about their experience of our service. Your comments will allow us to identify how we can improve our service to you.

If you:

  • Want to tell us what we’re doing well, or
  • Want to suggest ways to improve the service, or
  • Want to complain about the service you’ve received

You can:

  • Complete a feedback or complaints form and place in the feedback box, all located in reception (ask a staff member for help if you need it), and/or
  • Talk directly with the Manager.

If you are still not satisfied you can:
