If you:
- Want to tell us what we’re doing well, or
- Want to suggest ways to improve the service, or
- Want to complain about the service you’ve received
You can:
- Complete a feedback or complaint form and place in the feedback box, all located in reception (ask a staff member for help if you need it), and/or
- Talk directly with the Manager.
If you are still not satisfied you can:
