About the service: 

The Disability Gateway is an Australian Government initiative.

The Disability Gateway will:

  • improve the navigation to access relevant information and services

  • span multiple sectors including health, housing, employment, transport and everyday living

  • exist as a central point of entry for referrals to disability information, services and programs

Disability Advocacy NSW


About the service: 

Disability Advocacy NSW (DA) is a program of Advocacy Law Alliance Inc.

DA believes that people with a disability have the same rights (and responsibilities) as people who do not have a disability. DA’s core purpose is to ensure that people with a disability realise these rights in practice by advocating with and for them.

BMWHRC services

Counselling at our Centre

8 sessions of counselling are available for women of all genders and all ages from 14 years up, with some capacity for more sessions if needed.

Counselling is provided by Social Workers with experience in respectful, strengths based, trauma informed practice which honours each person’s unique experience.

If you would like counselling please contact us to arrange an intake appointment. Our Intake worker will help you work out if our service is the best one for you, or can refer you to alternative local service providers.
