Service Description

This class is for continuing students. You must have completed at least one term of Tai Chi recently. If you're an ongoing student of Tai Chi this group might be for you! Explore Hao style for students who have had previous experience. Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and movements including coordinated body movement and breathing used for the purposes of health and well being.
