Join Our 4-Week Mindfulness Group Take a little time for yourself. 🌿 Our friendly counsellors at the BM Women's Health Centre are running a relaxed, supportive 4-week group where you’ll learn simple mindfulness practices to help reduce stress and boost your mental health and overall wellbeing.
