Every Friday starting October 17th through to December 12th * NEW VENUE: St Albans Anglican Church Hall, 137 Megalong Street, Leura. If you're new to Tai Chi, returning after a break or just want to unwind. This class could be for you. Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and movements including coordinated body movement and breathing used for the purposes of health and well being.
