GROUPS & ACTIVITIES

At the Centre

We have a range of group activities that help foster connection with others, increase confidence, encourage creativity, and promote good health and wellbeing.

Some activities are free, and some are low-cost. Some of our services require a booking (either in-person or online), others are 'drop-in' (no booking required). To see which groups & activities are available to be booked online, please visit our book online page.
