Services & Support
We are committed to providing high quality care and support in a safe environment for women living in the Blue Mountains and Lithgow including women who are Aboriginal, non-English speaking, non-binary, LBTQI+, and women who are carers, living with disability, experiencing socioeconomic disadvantage or homelessness.
Health Clinic
We have female GP & Nurse appointments for general, reproductive & sexual health concerns. Bulk billing.
Katoomba & Faulconbridge.
For Under 25s
For young women 25 years & under we offer a free walk-in health clinic, counselling services, social & support groups and more.

Counselling
Our female counsellors can offer up to 8 low or no cost counselling as in-person, phone or video sessions.

Massage Therapy
We provide massage therapy for women experiencing chronic pain or illness & women who are pregnant.

Other Support
We also provide practical assistance for tough times, info, advice & referrals to other services, wellbeing & support groups & activities.

Groups, Activities & Events
We offer a range of different free or low-cost programs, groups, activities and events that help support good health and wellbeing, connection with others, self-confidence, creativity and stronger communities.
