Hear more about EViE in our video...

The EViE video project aims to amplify the voices of the 2024 EViE youth advisory group and their endeavours in advocating for gender equity among young people. Through the medium of film and video, we will showcase the group's initiatives, share their stories, and inspire the wider community to join the movement for gender equality. This project will not only showcase the inspiring work of EViE but also empower young people to be catalysts for change in promoting gender equity. The video was written, filmed and produced by the 2024 EViE Youth Advisory Group with support from BMWHRC staff.

Do you feel safe in our community?

To help advocate for young people and amplify their voices, the EViE team created and implemented a survey to learn more about how safe young people feel in public spaces. The results of this survey were powerful and have been a catalyst for major community projects and significant investment from Council to make our public spaces safer for women and young people. Find out more about what this survey said...
