Service Description
Every Friday starting February 6th through to March 27th, 9am until 10aM St Albans Anglican Church Hall, 137 Megalong Street, Leura. If you're new to Tai Chi, returning after a break or just want to unwind. This class could be for you. Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and movements including coordinated body movement and breathing used for the purposes of health and well being.
