Service Description

7 Quinns Avenue Leura (in the same premises as Leura Sauna) Every Friday starting July 24 until September 18, 9am until 10am If you're new to Tai Chi, returning after a break or just want to unwind. This class could be for you. Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and movements including coordinated body movement and breathing used for the purposes of health and well-being.
