Every Friday starting February 6th through to March 27th, 10:15am until 11:15am St Albans Anglican Church Hall, 137 Megalong Street, Leura. If you're an ongoing student of Tai Chi this group might be for you! Explore Hao style for students who have had previous experience. Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and movements including coordinated body movement and breathing used for the purposes of health and well being.
